What is it you are going to do?As a Reception Assistant, you are the hotel's business card and the point of contact for our guests. From processing reservations to answering questions and checking in and out, you and your colleagues are there for our guests.
The position Reception Assistant is a dynamic position in which you are responsible for a guest experience of the highest level.

What we offer you
On top of personal contactHow much you will earn in total:
- Hotel receptionist €12.22/hour base + €1.01/hour holiday allowance = €13.23/hour
In addition you can receive:
- €2.25/day for being a driver
What you have
And our non-negotiables- Experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel in the same or similar position
- Flexible attitude
- Communicatively strong and persuasive skills
- English language skills at B2+ level
- Representative appearance and guest-oriented attitude
- Stress-resistant and a high degree of accuracy
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
- Knowledge of MEWS reservation system is an advantage
