Your new job

What is it you are going to do?

You start with the training to become the Team Leader of replenishers for the brands of the most popular supermarkets in the Netherland. As a Team Leader you are responsible for the group of replenishers in the shop. When the new employee starts you will train the new employee so that he can do his job in the best possible way so that the shop will be fulfilled with the products.


You motivate the group to reach the given target together. Your team is responsible for the filling of the shelves according to the norms and regulations. Daily you are making the distribution of the tasks within you team and you will be able to control the tasks. Next to this you measure the quality and performance of your team members and you give them daily proper feedback about their performance. Every day you are reporting to the Eurojob office all of the information regarding your team members incl the worked time of them. You are daily in the contact with the client and the office.

What we offer you

On top of personal contact
  • Start gross salary of €13,23/h (incl. holiday allowance);  
  • Training to become a team leader;  
  • After the successful completed training gross salary of €13,83/h (incl. holiday allowance);  
  • As a leader you will get quarterly netto bonus min. €200,00 till max. €650,00 depending on the scope of responsibilities and the size of the store/group;  
  • ATV allowance added to basic wage for irregular working hours;
  • 25 holidays days by fulltime job;  
  • Allowances up to 200% above your basic salary;  
  • Weekly payment;  
  • Regular hours;  
  • Opportunity to grow;  
  • Start of your training in the shop in area of Amsterdam;  
  • Regular contact with the Eurojob office;  
  • Accommodation in accordance with the SNF certificate;  
  • Health insurance and transport to work. 

What you have

  • Strong communication skills;  
  • Leading skills;  
  • Proactivity;  
  • Helicopter view;  
  • English level B1 at least;  
  • Driving license cat. B and willing to be a driver (preferred);  
  • After the training willing to move to other place in the Netherlands if needed;  
  • Willingness to stay with Eurojob for a long period;  
  • Experience in working in a similar position is welcome;  
  • Flexibility of working in day/night shop.
