What is it you are going to do?In your role you have a key responsibilities as:
- Hands-On Leadership: Understand that leaders are also expected to work fully, including filling shelves, to set an example and maintain team cohesion;
- Motivation: Inspire and motivate the team to achieve collective targets, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment;
- Task Management: Assign tasks to team members and oversee their completion, ensuring high standards are consistently met;
- Performance Measurement: Regularly assess the quality and performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and support;
- Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise within the team, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Training: Conduct comprehensive training for new employees, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their role as a replenisher;
- Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to all norms and regulations while stocking shelves and maintaining product displays;
- Reporting: Accurately report all team-related information, including work hours, to the Eurojob office.
About the company
A short introductionAt Eurojob, we are dedicated to fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Therefore, we are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated people who are willing to start as trainee to learn the job and then grow into a leader position by our supermarkets clients. During your journey to becoming a Team Leader, you will undergo a two-week probation period where you will receive training, and we will assess your potential. During this period, you will start with a gross wage of €15,42 per hour (including holiday allowance). If, after two weeks, we see progress in your training for the Team Leader position, your wage will remain the same. However, if there is no significant progress, your wage will revert to that of a regular replenisher, with a basic gross wage of €14,82 per hour (including holiday allowance). What we offer you
On top of personal contact- Gross salary of €15,42/h (incl. holiday allowance);
- Training to become a team leader;
- Netto bonus per quarter max. €390,00 depending on the performances of your supermarket and your role in it.
- ATV allowance added to basic wage for irregular working hours;
- 25 holidays days by fulltime job;
- Allowances up to 200% above your basic salary;

- Start of your training in the shop in area of Limburg, Noord-Branbant or Utrecht area;

- Driving license cat. B and willing to be a driver (preferred);
- After the training willing to move to other place in the Netherlands if needed;
- Willingness to stay with Eurojob for a long period;
- Experience in working in a similar position is welcome;
