What is it you are going to do?In this role, you will primarily work during the late evening and early morning, ensuring the operations run smoothly during this critical time. The job's start time is flexible and will be based on the specific shop where you will be working. You'll begin your shift mostly between 20:00 and 22:00 and finish either at 01:00 or 06:00, with 01:00 being the more common end time in the week. It might be that in some days you will finish your work at 07:00 or 08:00 in the morning. Therefore you must be flexible as well.
Your responsibilities are:
- Filling shelves with product
- Display and labeling of goods
- Controlling compliance of prices and promotional labels
- Checking the expiration dates of food
Your role as a replenisher is not only crucial to the store's operation, but also provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills. If you excel in these tasks, you will have the opportunity for rapid promotion to a Team Leader position, where you will also manage a team and coordinate the work of others.
