Your new job

What is it you are going to do?

In your role as a supermarket filling crew Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to lead your team during the late evening and early morning, ensuring smooth operations during this crucial period. The start time for the job is flexible and will be determined by the specific shop where you'll be working. Typically, your shift will commence between 20:00 and 22:00, concluding either at 01:00 or 06:00, with 01:00 being the more common end time. On some days, it might be necessary to finish your work at 07:00 or 08:00 in the morning. Therefore, flexibility is one of the requirements for this role.


Your responsibilities are:

  • Giving the leading to the team members 
  • Training of the new employees 
  • Motivating the group to reach the given target together 
  • Making sure that the group will fill the shelves with products according to norms and regulations 
  • Giving the tasks and control them 
  • Measure the quality and performance of your team members  
  • Reporting to the Eurojob office all of the information regarding your team members' work time
