Leading Teamlead/Trainer

You are a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Leading team leader/Trainer for our supermarket filling crew and team leaders in the supermarkets. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for leading, and training new Team Managers in the supermarkets and motivating the teams to ensure the efficient and compliant shelving of products in the stores.  

You will play an important role in opening new shops, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Also, you will provide comprehensive reports to the Eurojob office, including detailed information about the teams. Due to this,  you have to be able to move between different shops, and also work with the team, if needed. Therefore, a driving license is a MUST. No worries, we will take care about the car!  

Regularly you will assess the quality and performance of team members, implementing improvements as needed to improve overall efficiency. For this, your experience in a similar environment will be a big pro. Due to your high responsibility character, you motivate the team to collectively achieve set targets, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.  

• In your role as a Leading team leader/trainer, your main responsibility will be to lead and train different teams during the evening and related early morning, ensuring smooth operations during this crucial period. The start time for the job is flexible and will be determined by the specific shop where you'll be needed. Typically, your shift will commence between 20:00 and 22:00, concluding either at 01:00 or 06:00, with 01:00 being the more common end time. On some days, it might be necessary to finish your work at 07:00 or 08:00 in the morning. Therefore, flexibility is one of the requirements for this role.
