Eurojob expects that in the coming decades, due to the ageing of the population, there will be significant shortages of workers of the middle and lower rank and specialists. In order to maintain activity and economic position (and thus employment) in the Netherlands, companies will increasingly have to look for employees abroad, throughout the European Union.
